More typo's than normally, also lay-out issues. Nice to recieve the templates of Kaizen charter and checklist. Questions are too easy to pass the tests. 2 questions is not enough to make a good idea if the person did understand it (failure rate also more than 50% than, does not really show a good thorough course in my opinion)
